Shots
One board per spot, each with its own shots, VO, callouts, timing and notes - nothing is tied to another cut. Click any line to type, click away to save. On vertical boards the bright window is the suggested 9:16 framing: slide it to where the crop should sit. Timing is the proposed target; the editor adjusts to the VO read.
Graphics
One line per element per aspect per speed. Code reads element_aspect+speed: G1_16A is the logo card, 16:9, a little faster (for the :30); G1_9B is the same element, 9:16, a lot faster (for the :15s). The X_ lines are the existing :60 renders. When something is done, press Log on its line: version, link and status in one go.
9:16 build notes
Build vertical at 1080x1920. Keep type and logos inside the center 1080x1350 - about 250 px clear at the top and 320 px clear at the bottom - so platform UI does not cover anything. The 16:9 masters stay as built; the 9:16 is a redesign, not a crop. Every callout line ends with the red period. Match the circle language and colors in the :60 so the three spots read as one family.

Every spot's VO side by side, aligned on the source shot so you can see how the cuts track. Each cell is that spot's own line - edits here show up on its board. A dash means the spot does not use that shot.
